AUTOMATIC BELTS COVER is a device that protects the glazing line belts which are placed under the applications made with the Velatrice and the Bell, diverting the glaze coming from the machine waterfall to the recovery tank.
The device is entirely automatic thanks to the help of a photocell that detects the tile’s presence and a high-performance controller. When a tile passes the belt protections (which are covering and protecting the belts from getting dirty) go down, enabling the right product application on the tile, and they subsequently get back up again to protect the belts as soon as the tile clears the position under the glaze waterfall.
The movement of the belt protections is very fast, without vibrations and doesn’t interfere in any way with the glazing process.
