Device for the removal of pressing burrs on the bottom side of tile, or glazed sides of green or fired tiles. Device equipped with:
• Felt discs – medium hardness;;
• Motor unit 0,37 Kw;
• Supporting base with chromed axial sliding bars and AISI 304 stainless steel frame;
• Adjustment of height and angle of the discs using knobs;
Motor units and discs can be independently adjusted for opening and closing. Adjustment can be manage in both side of the device,
in order to adjust the device for tile size and following the consumption of discs.
Device is equipped with No. 2 motors with 0.37 Kw, voltage 230 / 380 / 400 / 415 / 440 V, frequency 50 / 60 Hz
Optional: Electric panel with 2 inverters for adjusting the speed of the felt discs.
