Roller machine for printing with engobe in the lower part of the tiles in transit on the glazing line.
The application of engobes on the back of the tile avoids contamination caused by direct contact between the ceramic rollers of the kiln and the tile during cooking.
Its also avoids the rapid deterioration of the ceramic rollers, the deformation of the flatness of the tiles and unwanted accumulations of tiles in the kiln.
Thanks to the application system with laser engraved silicone cylinder, this machine allows a perfect and homogeneous application on the lower surface of the pieces, with the possibility of having controlled weights. It avoids any product waste, does not contaminate the edges of the tiles, allows you to print logos or other designs.
Available with roller length up to 2000 mm.
