FAST TURNER: AUTOMATIC TILE TURNER AND ALIGNER

FAST TURNER is an automatic turner and aligner.
The device is complete with no. 2 gear motors, no. 2 or 4 independent and adjustable drive units with high-friction
coefficient belts coated with Tenax.

It is equipped with an electrical panel with PLC and HMI, no. 2 OMRON inverters and no. 3 photocells for reversal and alignment.
With an innovative reversing gear system, the device enables a fast turning and alignment of the tiles, thus making them perfectly aligned at the exit of the device.
Frame and supports for installation on the line are included.
