Device for automatic glaze preparation.
The operator has to partially fill the storage tank with base gaze and
then connect the MMPS. After entering the desired density on the controller, the device will read and adjust the density with water. Once the process is completed, the storage tank may be brought to the production line and the MMPS device may be connected to another storage tank. By doing so, the preparation process will be accelerated, eliminating errors caused by manual checks and therefore reducing wastages.
The device works through the use of a three-piston pump.
