BEVELLING MACHINE FOR THE STEP TILE RG6
Automatic machine for shaped edges performance or toroidal profile for special pieces, by removing material through abrasive objects. Suitable for working on double firing green tiles or porcelain stoneware.
Composed by:
- Steel supporting structure with tubes and rectified plates painted RAL 7035
- Base conveyance group with flat bands with high-adhesion coating in red rubber 35 SH, self-aligning toothed belts.
- Driving motor 0,73 kw controlled by INVERTER, coupled to reducer
- Pressure group with soft vulcanized band in red rubber, motorized through geared motor controlled by Inverter
- Restraint band, vulcanized in red rubber 35 SH, motorized through geared motor controlled by Inverter
- Restraint guide with electro-pneumatic control for tiles’ entry on conveyance system
- Working groups with motor spindles 2,2 kw, controlled by single inverters, complete with steel cover for tools protection and provided with manual adjustment (both vertical and horizontal) through slides with millimeter scale.
- Possibility to use both diamonds grindstone and in silicon carbide.
- Central collector for collection of powder from the 6 grinding wheels’ covers, with 2 outlets, to be connected to the general powder filter
- Horizontal brushing group with 1 motor 0,4 kw and horsehair brushes.
