Machine for removing glaze or burrs from the sides of single-fired and double-fired tiles.
It is equipped with: rubber disc packs, automatic disc washing system using a motorized brush wet with water, system for eliminating excess water using a sponge and spatula, n. 2 glaze collection tanks (a model with a single glaze collection tank is also available).
You can adjust the height and angle of the disc packs using the knobs.
The opening and closing of the motors and units of the disc pack can be adjusted independently and the adjustment operation can take place on both sides of the machine, thus being able to adapt it to the size of the tile and the level of consumption of the discs.
The machine has 2 motors of 0.25 Kw, voltage 230/380/400/415/440 V, frequency 50/60 Hz.
There are three types of rubber discs available.
